Kelly is a Senior Property Manager with over 15 years of industry experience, having started her real estate career at just 17 years old. Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of offices throughout Newcastle and Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, developing a strong and well-rounded understanding of property management and client service.

After taking some time away to welcome her son, who is now 2 years old, Kelly joined the team at Sold Real Estate Caves Beach in December 2025. Being able to work in the area she grew up in and contribute to the local community in a different capacity has been especially rewarding for her.

Working part-time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, Kelly primarily focuses on maintenance management. Her role involves coordinating repairs, liaising closely with trades, managing reports and approvals, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard for both landlords and tenants. She prides herself on being practical, approachable, and proactive, with a strong focus on keeping things running smoothly and getting things done properly.
