We almost sold it some years ago, when our Sydney slicker owners decided to open a second studio in Melbourne, as they worried traveling between 3 states for work and elderly family in Tasmania, would lead to very little time to get up here to The Bay.
We found 2 perfect buyers, and achieved the owners’ dream price, but then COVID closed down their Melbourne studio indefinitely, and family passed away in Tassie, so suddenly a 3 states existence wasn’t going to be their reality, and The Bay could still serve as their sanctuary.
They always promised they’d come back to me one day when things changed and changed they have, Melbourne and Sydney are back on, and life at work has left little time for The Bay, so with sweet regret, this time they are really saying goodbye, and I am fortunate enough to be in charge of their farewell once again.
